Ghana and Wafa youngster Samuel Tetteh has arrived in Dubai to undergo a two-week trial with Swedish giants Malmo FF.
The 20-year-old caught the eye of Malmo scouts following his fine performances in the past season with Wafa in the local league.
Malmo Sporting Director Daniel Andersson has confirmed the club’s invitation to Tetteh, lauding his qualities in the process.
“We are able to bring in Samuel to our camp in Dubai to look at him,” Andersson told the club’s official website.
“He is a winger who can play on both the left and right edges and an exciting player we wanted to see up close,” he added.
Tetteh was part of the Ghana U20 squad that participated in the 2015 World Youth Championship held in New Zealand.
He made his debut for Ghana senior team in a 2-0 victory over Comoros in the second round of 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifiers last year.
Goal understands that Tetteh will play his first game for the side in a friendly against Danish side FC Midtjylland this weekend.
