Sergio Ramos has been missing for Real Madrid for a couple of weeks with a hamstring injury, but judging by his latest Instagram post, he’s on the way back to full fitness.
The Spaniard filmed himself doing a complicated exercise featuring a trampoline and a crash mat, presumably building up the strength and agility in his legs.
Ramos adds (translated from Spanish): “I’ve done the easy things, I’m doing the difficult things, and the impossible will take me time but I’ll achieve it!”
As a drill, that looks pretty hard work for a man who’s trying to allow his hamstring to heal.
But it also looks like quite a lot of fun.
