Torric Jebrin is beaming with excitement after earning the praises of his new fans after putting up a man-of-the-match performance on debut for Ismaily on Tuesday.
Torric was key to his side’s 5-1 rout of lower league side, Elmatrya FC in a pre-season friendly game.
It was the first game time the Ghanaian has enjoyed for his new side since signing a 3-year deal last month after four and half years in Turkey.
Afterwards, the former Hearts of Oak star told Allsports.com.gh about his excitement but was quick to outline his goals going forward as he seeks a return to the limelight with an eye on a call up to the Ghana national team.
“I am very happy for being the man of the match and I will always try to improve in every game,” Torric told us from his Egypt base.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear when the 2015/16 English Premier League campaign kicks off even though the end of October has been mentioned as a possibility.
