Struggling Serie A side Cesena are looking at signing Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom on loan for the second half of the season.
According to leading Italian transfer website, Alfredo Pedulla, Boakye will have less game time after Atalanta signed Chile striker Mauricio Pinilla.
Boakye was the lead the attack and will be interested in the move if he is guaranteed constant playing time.
If the move happens, it will be strange because Boakye managed to score four goals in all competitions for Atalanta before the winter break.
The 21-year-old was surprisingly left out of Avram Grant’s provisional 31-man squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
