Revealed: Executive Committee to Meet on Tuesday Over Kwesi Appiah’s Successor

The Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association will be meeting on Tuesday, 11th November to decide on the next substantive manager to take over the managerial role of the Black Stars, sportscrusader.com can exclusively reveal.

A Three-Member Committee was set up by the Ghana FA to investigate and interview all the applicants who applied for the job of managing the Black Stars and the Executive Committee of the FA is expected to meet the Committee for list of coaches who were shortlisted for the vacant managerial role of the Black Stars.

Avram Grant, Michel Pont and Juan Ignacio Jimenez are the three who have finally been shortlisted by the committee and it is expected that one of these will be selected as the coach of the Black Stars.

Sports Crusader investigations have revealed that the next coach of the Black Stars will be selected based on the ability of the candidate to speak fluent English, the cost involved in hiring additional staff and the cost involved in compensation should there be a termination of contract as well as the performance of each coach during the interview.
