Wesley Sneijder is set to sign a new two-year contract with Turkish champions Galatasaray.
The Dutch World Cup midfielder has been linked with a move to Juventus and a return to Inter in Italy, but is expected to extend his stay at the Istanbul club having arrived from Inter in 2013.
“We are going to announce it officially after that meeting,” said chairman Dursun Ozbek in Haberturk.
Sneijder apparently went two months without being paid last season, but has apparently resolved those differences.
He has scored 37 goals in 107 matches for his club with Gala due to begin their Champions League campaign with a home match against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
