Juventus have confirmed Frederik Sorensen has left the club for Bundesliga side FC Koln.
The defender, 23, joined the Bianconeri from Danish club Lyngby in 2010 but struggled for regular first team football after making his debut as an 18-year-old.
In 2012 he was sold to Bologna in a co-ownership deal before returning to Turin on a permanent basis in 2014.
Sorensen then spent last season on loan at Verona, where he made 10 appearances.
Juve announced his departure via a statement on their official Twitter account.
