Ghana Football president Kwesi Nyantakyi must improve his management skills to avoid Executive Committee members leaking the FA inside information to the media according former Asante Kotoko International Relations Officer, Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako.
Kwesi Nyantakyi accused outgoing members of the FA Executive Committee of leaking information to the media.
He said the 2006 Executive Committee group were far better than the present in keeping information of the FA to their chest.
And former football administrator, Baah Nuako says he is to blame because his management style pushes the Executive Committee members to leak information to the media.
“Kwesi Nyantakyi believes people did not build consensus, leaking out information. How well did he as a leader also manage it? Because at the end of the day, he remains the President of the FA and the Chairman of the Executive Committee.
“Which leadership style does he employ towards building consensus rather than people voting? If there are difficult nuts, they shouldn’t always be thrown out. He needs to work on it if it’s a key challenge,” Baah Nuako told Starr FM.
Baah Nuako also called on the incoming board to be trustworthy when they assume office.
The FA Executive Committee elections will be held on September 29.
