Sinisa Mihajlovic is delighted with the progress AC Milan have made this season, insisting they have morphed into a new team over the past few weeks.
The Rossoneri beat Palermo 3-2 on Saturday, thanks to two Carlos Bacca goals and a strike from Giacomo Bonaventura to cancel out an Oscar Hiljemark double.
While Mihajlovic believes his side still need to improve, but is happy with how things are going after they picked up a second league win of the season.
“When you concede a goal there is always something wrong,” he told Mediaset. “We need to improve and push on the accelerator. We always have to play in attack.
“I am satisfied by the result, and partly happy with the game. This is a different Milan than that of the first game. President Silvio Berlusconi is happy and gave us compliments, he saw another Milan.
“The team played well, we created a lot even though we lacked a bit of malice. It takes time, but the results give us confidence.”
