Micho: Ghana Must Avoid Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Cape Verde

Ahead of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) draw to be held in Equatorial Guinea tomorrow, the head coach of the Uganda National team, Milutin Micho Sredojevic, has hinted that the Black Stars must avoid Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Cape Verde to ensure qualification from the group stage.
Speaking exclusively to sportscrusader.com, Micho said, “Ghana must pray to avoid these teams. Depending on the angle you are coming from or looking at it, Cameroon has a young, hungry hard running ambitious team and can upset Ghana at any stage”.
“Senegal has a very physical team with few top class individuals, vulnerable at the back but dangerous in midfield. Cape Verde has the touch of Portuguese competitiveness with full match time. They are hard to control and beat. Even if you beat them, it can be only one goal or not more.”

“In addition, Ivory Coast had a terrible campaign during the qualifiers but they are ready to lift performance at Afcon. They have a terrible defence and an easy scoring attack. Algeria was very impressive in qualifiers but during the last match they lost great team balance on all positions”, Micho added.
Micho is currently on a holiday and will be back to extend his contract with the Cranes of Uganda.
