Asante Kotoko attacker Dauda Mohammed says his club are looking to maintain their unbeaten home run at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the Ghana Premier League.
The 23-time league champions have drawn two and won two of their four league matches in Kumasi, and currently sit 10th on the log.
The Porcupine Warriors shared the spoils with Medeama and Ashanti Gold before handing a 1-0 and a 3-1 defeat to Sekondi Hasaacas and Liberty Professionals respectively.
“We have a good home record merely because we haven’t lost at home,” Dauda told Kotoko official website.
“That is a good run which could be made better if there are no draws but victories galore. Draws are not so bad, but they are when they happen at a venue where you are tipped as the favourite to win.
“Dropping points in such a situation could [be] a loss in disguise. Now, we have won two home games in a row. I think we should continue with it.
“We shouldn’t draw but win all the way here. This is how we can be sure of achieving our target this year”.
Kotoko will face Dreams FC next in away fixture before returning for a home clash with New Edubiase on matchday nine.
