K.P Boateng backs Luke Shaw to overcome broken leg agony

Kevin-Prince Boateng has offered Manchester United and England left-back Luke Shaw hope of a return to action before the end of the season.

Shaw, 20, has been ruled out for six months after suffering a double leg fracture in Tuesday night’s defeat to PSV.

He has undergone surgery and will continue his treatment in Eindhoven, with his parents flying out to be at his bedside.

The English international has received messages of support from his team-mates, with the likes of Gareth Bale and Andy Murray also taking to social media.

And Boateng has taken to Twitter to back Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw to make a quick recovery.
