Egypt giants Al Ahly have finally secured the services of Ghana striker John Antwi.
The 22-year-old, who is no stranger to the Egyptian Premier League, returns to the North African country just under five-months of leaving to join Al Shabab from Ismaily in a sale reportedly worth $2.2m.
Ahly announced in a statement on its official website: “Antwi signed a four-year contract after $1 million was paid to Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab,”
Antwi has spent two years at Ismaily, scoring 28 goals before being sold to Al Shabab.
He scored 13 times last season for Ismaily in the Egyptian Premier League before joining Shabab.
