I want to justify Avram Grant’s faith in me- Sowah

Black Stars goalkeeper Ernest Sowah says he is ready to reciprocate the faith Ghana coach Avram Grant has reposed in him.
Sowah, who has been named in the provisional 26 man squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations tournament in Equatorial Guinea, has told Sportscrusader.com that Avram Grant will not regret the decision to include him in the Nations Cup squad.
Sowah played no part in Ghana’s Nations Cup qualifiers but his amazing and consistent performance for his club side in the DR Congo topflight league ensured that he got a place in the 26 man squad ahead of Stephen Adams.
Razak Braimah, Fatau Dawuda and Ernest Sowah pending any major injury are likely to represent Ghana in the AFCON, after the head coach dropped Stephen Adams from the initial 31 man squad.
Sowah who admitted that his dream of returning to the Black Stars was never on the cards imminently says, he will repay Grant for showing faith in him when he is given the opportunity to man the post for the team.
“The truth of the matter is, I knew I will one day return to the Black Stars team, but as to when was I will return was the big question. Sowah told Sportscrusader.com
“I was really happy to get the call up and for a coach to believe in me all that I have to do is to repay him on the field of play. The experience for me has been great and I am hoping things will go on well for not only me as the goalkeeper but for the entire team”.
