Herbert Addo is the best coach locally – Yusif Basigi

Hasaacas coach Yusif Basigi has disclosed that his compatriot at Accra Hearts of Oak, Herbert Addo is the best coach in Ghana at the moment.
Speaking to Sportscrusader.com, Basigi said “even though Didi Dramani has been voted the best coach now on the local scene by the Premier League Board and the MTN FA Cup committee, Herbert Addo remains the best coach for me on the local scene”.
The Hasaacas coach, who also happens to be the head coach of the Black Queens has indicated that he has a great level of respect for coach Herbert Addo as one of the greatest coaches the country has ever produced.
According to Basigi, Herbert is one of the few Ghanaian coaches who have their students now in the coaching industry and that alone is enough for him to be worshiped.
“He is one of the few local coaches I respect a lot. He has been in the system for more than thirty years and he is still making it tough for us the upcoming ones. We think we have fresh approaches, systems and tactics to win games but when we meet him, we feel we are really challenging”.
“I am not taking anything away from Didi Dramani as he is the best coach currently in Ghana but when it comes to respect, we all respect Herbert Addo. I strongly believe Did Dramani himself also respects Herbert Addo”, he added.
Yusif Basigi placed seventh in the league with Sekondi Hasaacas last season.
