Hearts, Kotoko earn wins

Hearts of Oak were too strong for the Mpraeso based side, as they walloped them three goals to nothing infront of their teeming fans at the Mpraso Brightons Park

The ever improving Kwame Kizito opened the floodgate in the first half, before he doubled Hearts of Oak’s lead from the spot kick before the half time break.

On the other hand the league champions stormed the T and A park and run away with a one nil victory over first division side, Tarkwa United.

Kotoko who had lost against Eleven Wise fc on Saturday, fielded a second string side against the Tarkwa based club.

The first half ended, in a deadlock, however Smallboy Korbah earned Kotoko the only goal of the game in the second half.

In other friendly games played on Sunday, Medeama fc shared honours with Hasaacas at the Essipong Sports Stadium.

Frederick Boateng took the lead for the Tarkwa based side, before the Giant of the West brought the game level.

Aduana  Stars also secured a one nil victory over their regional allies, Berekum Chelsea.
