Black Stars coach Avram Grant has named his starting XI for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying game against Mozambique at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The manager is without captain Asamoah Gyan and vice-captain Andre Ayew for the clash against Abel Xavier and his team.
Andre Ayew sustained an ankle injury and was not called up by the former Chelsea coach as the Ghanaian player recovers during the international break.
Gyan was called up for the fixture but sustained a thigh injury during the final training of the Black Stars on Wednesday. The player who needs a minimum of a week to recover will not be involved in the games against the Mambas of Mozambique.
Razak Brimah keeps his position in goal despite the return of Adam Kwarasey. Abdul Majeed Waris partners Jordan Ayew upfront in the absence of captain Asamoah Gyan with Jonathan Mensah and John Boye at the heart of defence.
