GPL Preview: Wa All Stars battle New Edubiase

The last two games have not be well with Wa All Stars as they have ended up picking only two points in those games. They now sits 2nd in the league table with eight points after four matches, even though they are yet to lose a game this season.

They host New Edubiase in matchday five of the Ghana Premier League at the Wa Sports Stadium on Sunday, and will be in search of their first win after two games without a win in order to mount pressure on current league leaders Hearts of Oak.

New Edubiase in their last two games have picked only one point, losing 1-0 to Bechem United in matchday three and sharing the spoils with Inter Allies last weekend. Edubiase welcome midfielder Kwame Adjei after missing their last three matches with wingers Kwame Boateng and Felix Afriyie likely to make their first league appearances this season.

Wa All Stars Defender Abdul Ganiu Ismail and midfielder Kofi Yeboah have recovered from separate injuries, however, centre-back Joseph Adjei is in the treatment room after limping off against Dreams FC.
