GPL Preview: Dreams vs WAFA – Can Dreams bounce back against Wafa

Dreams will play West Africa Football Academy on match day six of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Dawu Park.

Dreams have gone three games without a win, played 2-2 with Inter Allies, 1-1 with Wa All Stars and lost 1-0 against fellow debutants, Techiman City.

Dreams coach C.K. Akunor have come out to accuse some of the match officials of bad officiating, which according to him has deterred his team’s progress.

He also alleged that the league has been structured in a way that makes it difficult for away teams to take maximum points even if they play at their best.

Dreams will have to improve on their previous three games, so would go into this game in search for all three points. Coming up against an inconsistent team like Wafa, they could actually end up with the three points.

Wafa have played some good football, but their inconsistency has cost them to drop points. They currently have nine points and sits 9th on the table, while Dreams sits 6th with eight points.
