Former Ghana youth striker Francis Narh has joined Bulgarian side Levski Sofia on a three-year deal following a successful medical on Monday.
The 21-year-old striker spent two and half seasons at Banik Ostrava in the Czech First League, with three goals scored in 15 appearances.
“I paid my dues with Banik Ostrava and it is time to continue to develop as a player in a new environment,” Narh said. “I believe it is the best of decisions to take and I hope to put smiles on the faces of everyone who helped in my transfer in the coming days, months or years. I will continue to learn to improve and prove my worth as a good and reliable striker,” he added.
Sofia are currently lying second on the Bulgarian A league log, tied on same points, 38, with leaders Ludogorets before the league went on winter break.
Narh will have the opportunity to play his debut game when the league resumes on February 19, with top of the table clash against leaders Ludogorets.
