Ghanaian referees to be honoured with Fifa badges

Ghana Football Association is expected to receive 22 Fifa referee badges from the world’s football governing body to be handed over to the Referees’ Association of Ghana on January 8 after 22 of its members completed the 2015 fitness test.

The list of referees and assistant referees expected to be honoured at the forecourt of the GFA headquarters include seven females and 17 males.

11. LARYEA DAVID LIONHEART NII LARTEY – ASSISTANT REFEREE

12. NANTIERE ERIC – ASSISTANT REFEREE

13. OUEDRAOGO DAWOOD BRIMAH YAMDOGO – ASSISTANT REFEREE

14. SALIFU MALIK ALIDU – ASSISTANT REFEREE

15. ALORBU DELIGHT – FEMALE REFEREE

16. APPIAH JOYCE OBENEWAA – FEMALE REFEREE

17. BREMANSU THERESA – FEMALE REFEREE

18. ZIGA CHRISTINE ENYONAM – FEMALE REFEREE

19. AGLAGO EMMANUELLA – FEMALE REFEREE

Goal understands that GFA president Kwesi Nyantakyi and his vice George Afriyie will be in attendance as well as other representatives from corporate bodies who sponsor football in the country.
