Ghana has moved one place up on the latest FIFA Ranking to occupy the 24th spot ahead of this month’s friendly matches in France.
The Black Stars maintained the 3rd spot on the African ranking table behind Algeria and AFCON 2015 winner Ivory Coast.
Meanwhile, the top five teams on the world ranking log are 2014 FIFA World cup champions Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium and Netherlands.
Algeria at No. 18 leads African nations. Iran is Asia’s best at No. 42.
World Cup winner Germany is still No. 1 ahead of Argentina, Colombia, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The only change in the top 10 is that Italy rises two places into 10th, while Spain drops one spot to 11th.
Costa Rica remains No. 13 to lead CONCACAF nations. The United States falls one to No. 32.
The next FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking will be published on 9 April 2015.
