Ghana midfielder Arwuah lands Arrows deal

Former Ghana youth midfielder John Junior Arwuah has completed a move to South African Premier Soccer League side Golden Arrows from Cypriot side AEL Limassol, according toSoccer Laduma.

The 30-year-old, who previously played for Amazulu in 2014, joined the Backheel Boys after mutually parting ways with Limassol and was heavily linked to Pretoria University earlier this week. However, his move has been hijacked by their rivals.

“John Arwuah is with Golden Arrows. It’s just that the club hasn’t officially announced it,” said.

“There are rules and regulations in each and every club. But for your information, he is with the team,” the website added.

Goal understands that Arwuah is likely to play his debut game on Friday night against Maritzburg United at the Harry Gwala Stadium.

He has previously played for Maritzburg United, Bloemfontein Celtic and SuperSport United in South Africa.
