Ghana defender Schlupp vows Leicester improvement after slipping to bottom of table

Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp believes his English side Leicester return to winning ways after they were beaten at QPR despite a good performance.

The Foxes created a host of chances and took a deserved lead before conceding sloppy goals to lose 3-2 at Loftus Road in Saturday’s match in the Premier League.

Leicester are now rooted to the bottom of the Premier League after a run of eight games without victory.

Schlupp scored his second goal of the season to haul Leicester level in the second half before Charlie Austin scored a dramatic winner.

“We feel hard done by but we’ve got to convert our chances,” Schlupp said.

“We’ll pick ourselves up. We’ve got to take the positives because we played well and hopefully we can get some points from future games.”
