The Premier League Board has shown its appreciation for the life saving action taken by Berekum Chelsea captain Sadick Adams in the league game against Techiman City.
During the game, Chelsea player Fumado Asiwome was rendered unconscious after a clash with another player.
It took quick thinking by the former Atletico Madrid player who performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on his team mate to resuscitate his team mate before he was conveyed to the hospital for further treatment.
The Board, represented by its chairman Ashford Tetteh Oku rewarded Adams with a new pair of boots and a football in a short ceremony at the offices of the Ghana Football Association.
