George Owu has alleged that referee Yakubu Limann, who was in the middle of New Edubiase United’s 2-1 win over Sekondi Hasaacas on Sunday at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium told the strikers of the home to enter the 18-yard box for him to award a penalty in their favour.
