Asante Kotoko winger Eric Donkor is optimistic of a good result against Hearts of Oak on Monday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors will play as guests to the Phobians in week 10 of the Ghana Premier League which has been termed as the “Super Clash” because of the rivalry between the two clubs.
Donkor since joining Kotoko first team three seasons ago has witnessed two successive victories against the Accra giants at the Accra Sports Stadium and he is hopeful of his side’s chances against Hearts of Oak.
“Hearts vs Kotoko games are always tough, no one can predict, but I am hopeful we will get a good result,” he said.
“Is a very important game for us because if we win we will make our supporters happy so we must do our best to win.
“It is true Hearts is doing well in the league but as I said you can’t predict games between Hearts and Kotoko.”
Hearts of Oak occupy the second position with 18 points while Kotoko are at the ninth position with 11 points.
