The black stars of Ghana will continue their quest to qualify for next year’s African cup of Nations with crucial games involving The Cranes OF Uganda and The Sparrow Hawks of Togo.
The stars after an abysmal world cup showing will have to win back some love and support from some sections of the nation if not da entire for now.
The stars will be without the nation’s record goal scorer and skipper Asamoah ‘Baby Jet’ Gyan who is a major doubt due to injury and Juventus star Kwadwo Asamoah who is also out with a niggling injury.
The stars will need to be on their ‘A’ game to win these two crucial headers, so as to be able to send a message of intent to teams that will be qualifying for the championship. With news of a certain Avram Grant about to take over as the new coach, the lads will need to prove to him if indeed they merit a national team shirt.
The stars despite boasting of world class stars in past and recent times, have not been able to win the championship since 1982 and breaking dis ginx will and must be essential to anyone who wears the famous white jersey.
