Alex Asamoah thinks that the new Management for the Brong Ahafo United are not serious enough to help bring the club to winning ways, after he was left on his own to nurse an injury ahead of their 1 all draw against Hearts of Oak in the week-end.
According to the former Kotoko striker the new management was unconcerned about a knock he had and instead giving him proper medical care, he was rather given GHC 5 to buy an ointment.
“I wasn’t able to play against Hearts of Oak, because I had an injury in the mid-week and I was supposed to go to the hospital, he told Metro fm.
“I was determined to feature against Hearts, but the new leaders appointed to direct the affairs of the club abandoned me and left me to my own fate.
“It was later that one of the management committee members approached me asking that Alex, how far with your injury? And I told him that you (management) are not serious because if you have a big game against Hearts of Oak and your top striker is sidelined by injury and you can’t take care of him then you (management) are not serious.
“They didn’t give me any drug, but it was one man called Atta B.A who has been appointed to assist the CEO carry out his job that gave me GHC 5 to buy an ointment for treatment, but I gave it out to some children.
Roy Arthur was sacked last week-end following their 4-1 thrashing by Ashgold at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
B.A United are the last placed team in the 16-club Ghana Premier League with 16 points.
