Ayew scores as Caen came from two goals behind to beat Marseille

Ghanaian player Andre Ayew was on the score sheet for his French club Olympique Marseille on Friday night in the game against Caen.

The Ghanaian scored the opener for Marseille who were playing at home after team mate Michy Batshuayi had missed  a penalty to send his side 1-0 up into the first half break.

Andre-Pierre Gignac doubled the lead for Ayew’s side after the interval but a total slump saw Olympique Marseille lose all three points on home soil after Caen came back superbly.

Nicolas Seube pulled one back for away side Caen before Emiliano Sala leveled the game in the 70 minute.

Nicolas Bernezet grabbed the winner for Caen three minutes to the end of regulation time to confirm all available points for his side.

Black Stars vice-captain Andre Ayew played in the entire duration of the game without a booking.
