Avram Grant is a good listener-Sabahn Quaye

Team Manager of the Black Stars, Sylvester Nii Sabahn Quaye, says his few meetings with new Black Stars coach Avram Grant has reinforced his belief that the former Chelsea coach will succeed in Ghana.
The Black Stars team manager also claims that the thing that makes Avram Grant stand out for him is the Israeli’s ability to listen to others.
“Prior to his appointment as the Black Stars coach most of us knew him as a good. But after a few interactions with him coupled with the little I have seen of his training methods, I believe he will succeed if we all give him the needed support”, Sabahn mentioned in an interview with sportcrusader.com.
According to Sabahn Quaye, though it’s too early to judge or sing Avram Grant’s praises, he believes that the way he is going about his activities within the team has been very good hence his vote of confidence in him.
“He is a good listener and that is very positive for anyone who wants to go far in anything he does. He is very affable and open to suggestions.”
“Many may not know how come the likes of Mahatma Otoo and Assifuah joined the team after the official list had been named. That goes a long way to tell you that I know what I am talking about and he is ready to learn the ropes of Africa football as soon as possible.”
