Gor Mahia top midfielder Khalid Aucho has cast doubt over his future at the club from next season, after impressive displays in the just concluded season.
The Ugandan import finished second in the 2015 Foya midfielder of the year award, behind Erick Johanna. With his skills second to none in the league, it is not a surprise that many clubs have shown their intentions of acquiring his services and the midfielder has said he will look at the offers on the table before making his decision.
“Yes I have offers from some teams, I will sit down and asses them before making my decision. As a matter of fact, you cannot play football forever, you have to take the best offers and shape your life. I have not said that I will leave, but if I get a good offer, then I will consider it,” Aucho told Goal.
“Finally, I am a disciplined player contrast to the reports trending. Sometimes as a footballer, there are things you have to do on the pitch to protect your team and fellow players. Awarding has come and gone, it is the past and I accept the outcome. Maybe even Kizito (Geoffrey) was not a disciplined player last season!”
