Asamoah Gyan To Coach ‘Gameboy’ In December 26 Bout

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan will be in the corner of his boxer Emmanuel ‘Gameboy’ Tagoe in the December 26 bout.

The boxer who revealed this to sportscrusader.com said he has been training with the Black Stars captain for some time now and will be one his coaches come the 26th December when he comes face to face with his Tanzanian opponent, Sadiki Mamba.

“Fans should expect nothing but the best on the 26th of December at the Accra sports stadium, because I am going to do wonders in the ring.”

“It will be the first time my manager, Asamoah Gyan will be in my corner together with my coach, because we have been training any time he comes down for holidays”, Emmanuel Tagoe told sportscrusader.com.

The boxer is seriously preparing for the bout as he aims to record a knockout for against his opponent whom he has stressed will taste his fury during the much publicized bout on Boxing Day.

“I want to go all out to record a knockout, but I can’t really predict the round which that will happen. All I can say is that my fans should come early to avoid missing out on the many wonderful things I will display on the night.”

“Just imagine a whole captain of the Black Stars coaching me on the night, how can I fail to deliver”, the boxer added.

The bout, which is dubbed ‘WHO RULES THE RING’, is under the management of Baby Jet Promotions which is owned by the Black Stars captain.
