Algerian side MC El Eulma held their first training session at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium ahead of their second-leg CAF Champions League clash with Ghanaian Premier League title-holders Asante Kotoko.
Eulma’s entire playing continent took to the biggest sporting facility at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi for their first training session on Friday evening after challenging the standard of the hotel given them by Kotoko officials.
The club’s technical team and it’s playing body used about an hour to stretch and perform light training activities as they targeted shaking off fatigue from travelling.
Kotoko allowed their guest to train at the match venue per CAF inter-club competition regulations.
The tie will be decided at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday as Kotoko go into the game on a fresh note after picking a 0-0 stalemate from the first-leg three weeks ago.
David Duncan who is a former coach of South African side Free State Stars and now in charge of Kotoko is confident of the Porcupine Warriors’ chance of winning.
