Aduana Stars edge Eleven Wise 3-2

Aduana Stars have booked their place in the semi finals of the MTN FA Cup after beating second tier side Eleven Wise 3-2 on Wednesday at the Dormaa Park setting a date with Asante Kotoko who also beat Ashgold 2-0 in Kumasi.

Since the formation of Aduana Stars they are yet to win the FA cup and their quest of achieving this is still on course as they have two games to clear before lifting the trophy.

The Dormaa based club dominated the second tier side from the blast of the whistle as Godfred Saka struck the first goal for the home side from the spot in the 43rd minute mark of the game.

Somehow in the second half Eleven Wise went through on goal but they failed to hit the back of the net; they got punished with two quick goals from Isaac Amankwa and Daniel Darkwa.

However with defeat stirring at Eleven Wise they managed to get two goals to reduce the deficit as the game ended 3-2 advantage Aduana Stars.

The date of the semi final clash between Aduana Stars and Asante Kotoko is on the 12th July, 2015.
