Former Black Stars defender, Joe Addo, has hailed the Ghana Football Association Executive committee members’ decision to name Kwame Ayew as a member of the Black Stars Management Committee.
According to Addo, the current Black Stars team will need a big personality in the dressing room to be able to thrash out any impending issues in case any arises, and Ayew, who played for the stars during his hey days fits that bill.
“The decision taken by the Executive Committee of the FA to appoint Kwame Ayew is fantastic, Ayew is worthy of the position he has gotten and I’m glad he has accepted that role.”
“He has two sons in the Black Stars team so if anything comes up, he will be there to solve the issues, I’m glad he has been appointed.”
“These are some of the things we were expecting from the Ghana Football Association, to at least, name an ex-player as a member of the Black Stars Management Committee.
“These players have seen it all, so it’s a good thing for us all” Joe Addo told happy fm.
