Abukari Damba declares interest in Black Stars goalkeepers’ coach job

Ex-international Abukari Damba says he will jump at the opportunity to train the current national team goalkeepers.

Damba is one of the favourites to land a job in the much-publicized technical shape up of the team under new coach Avram Grant.

The 1992 Olympian is interested in the job and waiting for the Ghana FA to appoint him.

“I would love to become Ghana’s new goalkeepers’ trainer. It would be a huge honour for me, but the onus lies on the GFA to take the decision on whether or not to hire me.”
