Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly taking advice from former Chelsea boss and Black Stars coach Avram Grant in appointment a permanent manager to replace Jose Mourinho.
The Portuguese coach was sacked by the Premier League Champions in December last year after a poor start of the season and an unsettled dressing room.
The Stamford Bridge outfit appointed Guus Hiddink as interim manager until the end of the ongoing season.
The Russian owner in finding a perfect replacement consulted Black Stars coach Avram Grant to help him survey for the next Chelsea coach.
The English Premier League Champions have heavily been linked with Kwadwo Asamoah’s coach at Italian side Juventus, Massimiliano Allegri. The owner is also looking at the option of Chile head coach Jorge Sampaoli and Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Avram Grant was sacked at Chelsea after his UEFA Champions League defeat on penalties to Manchester United in 2008.
