Deputy coach of Asante Kotoko Godwin Ablordey has indicated Wednesday’s loss to Dwarfs is past and gone and their focus now is on Sunday’s against Hearts of Oak.
The Porcupine Warriors were run riot by relegation threatened Dwarfs as they loss 4-1 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Despite that humiliating defeat, Ablordey is confident they will smile at the end of 90 minutes against their sworn-rivals.
“We have to really forget about what happened against Dwarfs and focus more on the upcoming game,” Ablordey said
“It’s important that we look forward to what is ahead because I think teams will drop points so we need to pick the ones ahead of us to give us a chance.”
“I am very certain that we will be able to respond and get our fans smiling again.”
